Survey Types

360 Surveys

The Remando 360 survey process gives the ability to manage the full lifecycle of the survey. Survey projects can be grouped into campaigns and subjects can be grouped into cohorts enabling workload to be split between multiple administrators

The main stages in the 360 survey process are:

  • design survey
  • design relationships
  • set project timelines
  • request nominations and launch surveys
  • monitor response rates and issue reminders
  • distribute reports online or in hard copy

Organisational Surveys

Another type of survey you can create in Remando is the organisational survey. This is an open, anonymous survey. The survey once designed, generates a unique url which can then be distributed around the organisation or linked to from an intranet. The project can be left open as long as required with responses downloaded on demand to see response rates and results

The main stages in the organisational survey process are:

  • design survey
  • set project timelines
  • launch survey and distribute URL
  • gather results

Team Surveys

With team surveys, it is possible to use a team as the subject of the survey. This gives the ability to compare via reporting how team members feel about their performance and competencies vs what different non-team member relationships think

The team survey shares the same project process as the 360 project process. Nominations can be entered by the administrators or by a representative of the team.

Pulse 360 Surveys

Pulse 360s provide a unique way of tracking an employee's development process over time. The same 360 survey is run over a number of periods with either the same respondents or edited respondents. Reporting pulls together any previous iterations to give an easy to understand progression over time. This type of project is superb for long term development programmes
